| Grapes: | Sangiovese 85%, Syrah 15%. |
| Vinification system: | Skin contact for about 14 days and repeated assembling, in little stainless steel tanks of 5000 litres. |
| Refining method: | 6 months in Slavonia oak 25 hl and 750 l barrel, then 4 months in the bottles. |
